Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Wholesale Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Tracking and facilitating training
• Assisting with questions, inquiries and issues by problem solving
• Managing various queues including incoming calls, emails, chats, etc.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training
• 1-2 years mortgage experience in a high-volume mortgage setting
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience with DU/LP systems and knowledge of FHA/FNMA policies
