Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Wholesale Underwriter for Specialty Products.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly analyze collateral and credit information to make sound underwriting decisions
Review loan documents, identify risk factors, and communicate with clients and teams to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, legal requirements, and regulations

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience
Experience in underwriting Non Agency or Non QM loans
DU and LP experience required
Paperless Loan Origination System experience preferred
Experience working in a paperless environment preferred
