Job Summary

A reverse mortgage provider is filling a position for a Remote Wholesale Underwriter II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Communicate requirements and/or decisions on all loan files
• Evaluate risk and ensure quality of each loan
• Underwrite files and establishing conditions to meet FHA and company guidelines

Qualifications Include:

• Be able to examine loan documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Must possess their DE Certification and have a valid CHUMS Number
• Two to three years of experience within the Mortgage Lending industry
• Strong credit, risk analysis, and analytical skills
• Computer literate with the ability to learn new software applications
• Working knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements
