Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Windows DevOps Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist US customers with technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and solve issues that come up within the container orchestration and kubernetes space
  • Utilize strong Windows background

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years as a Windows Admin/Engineer or within an open source environment
  • Customer facing experience and experience with SLAs
  • Strong CI/CD experience
  • Strong background working with and supporting with containers and container orchestration
  • Strong core networking skills
  • Experience troubleshooting and supporting software
