Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Windows Enterprise Support Engineer in San Antonio.
Must be able to:
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques to identify the source of problems
- Advise on potential pitfalls that a customer may experience
- Coordinate terminal orders, network system planning, upgrading, monitoring, testing, and servicing
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be able to provide consulting service to customer on building solutions to meet customer needs
- Expert troubleshooting of the Windows OS, IIS, SQL, and automation
- Networking Skills - Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Security, Load Balancing
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, may include nights, weekends, holidays, etc
- Must be able to create and maintain customer loyalty by serving customers above and beyond their expectations
- Must be able to ensure customer satisfaction with follow ups
