Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Windows or Big Fix Administrator Managed Services Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducts network and security audits
  • Analyzes system, server, application, network, and input/output device performance
  • Mitigates, anticipates, identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves hardware and software problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least three (3) years' experience with Windows Server technologies, Virtualization, Active Directory, x86 server and converged infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field
  • At least three (3) years' experience administering IBM BigFix or similar tools
