Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote Windows Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting up, installing and configuring client email, data transfer, user account maintenance and software installation remotely
  • Troubleshooting technical and software issues
  • Adjusting, configuring, and maintaining already existing Windows server environment

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Previous experience responding to customers via telephone, live chat
  • Basic knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems
  • Need to be ready to lend a helping hand or pass on their knowledge as they grow with the company
