Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Windows System Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving product use and multi-product/platform problems
- Providing alerts and situation status information
- Coordinating critical client issues as well as new product and/or system implementations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Advanced knowledge in enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, or cloud
- University degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member
- Must be able to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery
- Must be able to train and develop staff and/or client
