Job Summary
An end-to-end IT services company is filling a position for a Remote Windows System Administrator in Isabela.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing, logging, tracking and resolving software/hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, servers, and applications
- Performing troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common system problems; documents system events to ensure continuous functioning
- Upgrading system software and hardware components as required to meet business needs and coordinates backups
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a US Citizen and reside in Puerto Rico
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Have two or more years of experience with computer systems or networking
- Have experience working with computer hardware for installation and upgrades
- Have experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures
- Have experience working with file and system maintenance procedures
