A developer of real estate management and investing software has an open position for a Remote Winter 2019 Rent Surveyor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys as a potential renter
- Call to ask apartment communities simple questions
- Update the apartment community’s rents, current specials, and several other factors
