Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company has an open position for a Remote Wire Desk Clerk.

Must be able to:

  • Manage daily wire transfer activities, ensuring time sensitive actions are processed first
  • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy to assure compliance with company wire transfer procedures and requirements
  • Confirm incoming wires, enter and/or release wires in bank system(s) accurately

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school or GED
  • Data entry experience
  • 1-year customer service experience; Escrow, Title Company, Mortgage or Banking preferred
  • Proven strong PC skills and working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to pass exam required for NJ Title Producer License
  • Ability to maintain Wire Transfer Request Log to ensure no wires are duplicated, including success of wires
