Job Summary

An automotive company has a current position open for a Remote Wire Harness Service Parts Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure service parts needed to repair vehicles are available to dealers/customers
  • Identify, develop, and release responsible service parts for assigned vehicle programs
  • Investigate and resolve interchangeability of existing service parts

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Automotive Technology or equivalent experience
  • High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult
  • Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related areas
  • Knowledge of part release and change management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • Automotive service parts experience at the wholesale or retail level
