Job Summary
A mobile device IT support company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Wireless Helpdesk Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve and/or refers more complex technical issues
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries
- Provide first-level support to end-users
Required Skills:
- Associates degree or equivalent
- Minimum of one years’ experience working in an order processing or customer support environment
- Previous experience with customer-facing, technical support procedures and ticketing software
- Broad knowledge of wireless devices and services
- Ability to type 65 WPM
- Strong background in problem solving and troubleshooting
