Job Summary

A mobile device IT support company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Wireless Helpdesk Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve and/or refers more complex technical issues
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries
  • Provide first-level support to end-users

Required Skills:

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of one years’ experience working in an order processing or customer support environment
  • Previous experience with customer-facing, technical support procedures and ticketing software
  • Broad knowledge of wireless devices and services
  • Ability to type 65 WPM
  • Strong background in problem solving and troubleshooting
