Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Wireless Network Engineer in Columbia.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing network and wireless engineering
  • Conducting comprehensive wireless site surveys
  • Designing for enterprise and campus networks

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3 days on-site 2 days home-based
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA-Wireless) or Cisco Certified Network Professional with Wireless specialization (CCNP-Wireless)
  • Wireless LAN deployment experience
  • Understanding of network routing and switching protocols
  • Understanding of Cisco unified wireless architecture and hardware
  • BS Computer Science, Engineering or other technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Must be US Citizen per government requirement
