Job Summary
A privately-held telecommunications company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Wireless Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering differentiated & personalized customer experiences to wireless customers by executing various customer management techniques
- Resolving a plethora of customer service inquiries including billing, technical troubleshooting, service change requests, etc
- Focusing on resolving the customer’s needs during the first interaction to ensure attainment of organizational goals
Qualifications Include:
- Must have a high school diploma or recognized equivalent
- Must have excellent written & oral interpersonal communication skills, as well as basic aptitude with technology-based solutions
- Two years of customer service or general business experience also preferred
