Job Summary
A non-profit membership organization that promotes the health of women and newborns is in need of a Remote Women and Newborn Health Human Resources Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for updating records in ADP Workforce Now
- Partnering with ADP support to resolve timekeeping and leave management errors
- Providing Time & Attendance support to employees and managers
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience providing Human Resources administrative support
- Experience with HRIS system or ability to quickly learn and master database management system
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous assignments and set appropriate priorities
- Outstanding professionalism and interpersonal and communication skills
- Throughout adept to using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Outlook
