A women's health and weight loss company has a current position open for a Remote Womens Weight Loss Membership Specialist in San Diego.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering inbound calls, returning voicemails of customers and engaging in retention
• Providing a focused and systematic approach to recovering failed payments
• Providing timely and professional communication with customers

Required Skills:

• Work remotely during pandemic, however upon clearance we will return to our office
• Customer service/Sales on the phone
• CRM management experience
• Experience with Google suite of products - Documents, Sheets, Mail
• You are tech-savvy and aren’t afraid to learn a new platform
• You have an attitude of constant-improvement
