Job Summary

A provider of residential real estate services has an open position for a Remote Word Processor in Irvine.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing preliminary Title reports by hyperlinking their contents to be sent to customers.
  • Logging files in and out of the CORE system
  • Producing timely workflow on all preliminary reports according to company standards

Required Skills:

  • High School, GED, and/or equivalent work experience  
  • Computer knowledge and experience working in program like Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Experience working with office equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to identify both internal and external customer requirements and expectations
  • Must possess superior follow-up skills
