Job Summary
We are an online membership business serving women navigating divorce and life afterward. We are looking for someone to join our team who can maintain day to day operations on our Wordpress website, our Active Campaign automation and our AccessAlly membership system/CRM. Responsibilities breakdown roughly as follows:
AccessAlly
-Reviewing, confirming subscriptions are all still billing
ActiveCampaign/Membership
-Notifying members of subscriptions that fail
-Adding new annual members to Renewal lists
-Notifying soon-to-expire annual members that they need to renew
-Reviewing lists after events to make sure everyone is tagged properly, and deleting old lists
-Reviewing email sequences and campaigns for efficacy
-Creation of new event lists, tags and automations
Customer Service
-Handling cancellation requests
-Troubleshooting with sales and event sign-up issues
Website
-Updating Events page and Events Archive
-Creating event purchase process and linking with ActiveCampaign
-Keeping Member Dashboard up-to-date
-Revoking access of expired members
-Other website updates as needed
