Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Work Force Management Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help create Playbooks and Reusable Assets
- Help make operational changes needed to achieve the improved future state
- Determine the Future State for WFM support
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 25 % of the time
- 5 years of experience working within the Healthcare industry
- 7 years of extensive experience in workforce management and planning
- 7 years of experience forecasting with WFM applications and working with call routing strategies
- 5 years of management experience with ability to influence and drive results
