Job Summary
An SaaS enterprise work management software provider has a current position open for a Remote Work Management Software Sales Director in Lehi.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop a leadership enablement program focused on improving sales execution
- Build rapport and respect with the sales leadership team to become a trusted, strategic partner and advisor
- Train and enable the sales leadership team to deliver best in class execution across the first line leader
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel: 30%
- BA or BS degree
- 5-7 years experience in a sales enablement or sales leadership role
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in customer-centric, value selling sales motion
- All other requirements necessary for this position
