Job Summary
A company that offers enterprise cloud consulting services with a focus on Workday solutions is filling a position for a Remote Workday Absence and Time Tracking and Principal Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Becoming a Workday product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation
- Leveraging your expertise to recommend the best solution based on the client’s requirements, budget, and time frame
- Guiding the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices
Qualifications Include:
- 2-5 years implementing HCM, payroll, and/or time & attendance function solutions with ERP or SaaS software
- Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Absence or Time
- Project Lead experience
- Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs
