A risk management company has an open position for a Remote Workday Advanced Compensation Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the subject matter expert and/or project leader for acquisitions
  • Seeking out opportunities to improve compensation data and processes
  • Documenting Compensation designs and processes and develop training/job aids

Required Skills:

  • 1-year of project management experience
  • 1-year managing and utilizing Workday Advanced Compensation directly
  • 3 years of experience strong expertise in Workday core compensation and advanced compensation
  • Proficiency in Excel
