Job Summary

A Workday deployment company is seeking a Remote Workday AMS Staff Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Become a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite
  • Build an excellent rapport with AMS clients
  • Analyze and configure tenants based on client requirements or to resolve issues, test configuration and deploy

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of technical support/functional experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar application
  • Ability to support multiple customers effectively
  • Progressive analytical and functional skills evidenced by playing a role in a project or in a support environment
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
