Job Summary

An information technology services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday Application Management Services Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Becoming a hands-on subject matter expert in the Workday product suite
• Building an excellent rapport with AMS clients
• Working directly with clients to analyze and document problems

Qualifications Include:

• 2 – 5 years of technical support/functional experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP or similar
• Customer-facing skills in the understanding and implementation of business requirements
• Ability to support multiple customers effectively
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Progressive analytical and functional skills
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
