Job Summary

An IT services and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Workday Associate Engagement Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting multiple customers through an implementation
• Maintaining and managing multiple budget, status, staffing, tenant management reports
• Managing integration status reporting

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience
• Possess knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
• Working knowledge of Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll or Finance
• Experience working with a major systems integrator and/or an enterprise software company
• Experience collaborating with customers to navigate complex issues and situations
