Job Summary
An IT services and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Workday Benefits Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and manage system issues to resolution
- Lead the Benefits workstream throughout the life cycle of projects Coordinates
- Adhere to the current project management methodology
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2-4 years of Workday Benefits experience
- Must have active Workday Benefits certification
- Functional experience as a Benefits Administrator, Cobra Administrator or HRIS/Benefits Analyst
- Demonstrated customer-facing skill
- 2-5 years of industry knowledge in Benefits Administration or Human Resource Management
- Experience in timeline management, issue tracking and configuration execution
