Remote Workday Benefits Consultant

Job Summary

An IT services and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Workday Benefits Consultant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and manage system issues to resolution
• Lead the Benefits workstream throughout the life cycle of projects Coordinates
• Adhere to the current project management methodology

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 2-4 years of Workday Benefits experience
• Must have active Workday Benefits certification
• Functional experience as a Benefits Administrator, Cobra Administrator or HRIS/Benefits Analyst
• Demonstrated customer-facing skill
• 2-5 years of industry knowledge in Benefits Administration or Human Resource Management
• Experience in timeline management, issue tracking and configuration execution
