Job Summary

A technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Workday Consultant in Ridgefield Park.

Must be able to:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners and internal IT team to understand business requirements
  • Diagnose and resolve user problems and educate users on resolutions promptly.
  • Provide expert techno functional product support

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of system support experience
  • Workday Certification (HCM Core or HCM Core + Recruitment)
  • BS or higher in Computer Science or related field from an accredited college
  • Expertise in the full range of Workday proprietary tools
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to understand and identify business needs and translate those to a technical solution
