Job Summary

A grocery company has an open position for a Remote Workday HCM Business Systems Senior Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating hourly offer templates & improving the offer approval process
  • Improving the candidate experience
  • Strengthening word of mouth referral processes

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role), within HR functional areas
  • Experience implementing, supporting configuring Core HCM processes in Workday
  • Experience building test strategies and test scripts
  • Adhering to internal controls relevant to system mods to include peer reviews, approvals, "path to prod" protocols
