Job Summary

A software development company that specializes in digital transformation has a current position open for a Remote Workday HCM Functional Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Implement global Workday programs
  • Design, build, and deploy Workday modules
  • Work with business users and stakeholders and define the scope of the project

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in global Workday implementation programs in support of HCM
  • Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Talent Acquisition, and/or Talent/Performance in Workday
  • Hands-on experience in USA Payroll and HR reporting requirements
  • Hands-on experience implementing and customizing in Workday HCM
  • Strong experience in well-architected Workday Integration solutions
