Job Summary
An IT services and solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Workday HCM Senior Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing many functional aspects of a typical Workday HCM Suite project life cycle
- Understanding the client's requirements and demonstrating relevant core Workday concepts
- Completing configuration and solution discovery documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Academic studies or equivalent education/professional experience in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in Workday HCM (either through consulting or client-side experience)
- Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions
- Subject matter expertise in HR practices and functions
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Prior Consulting experience
