Job Summary
A business strategy and consulting services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday HCM Senior Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Configuring the Workday system per client business requirements and Workday standards
- Coaching client during business process design, offering options, risks, and downstream impacts related to decisions
- Leading clients through all phases of their system implementation as the Workday HCM functional expert
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- years of experience as a functional consultant in full cycle ERP implementations
- Experience as a functional consultant or subject matter expert in Human Capital Management business processes
- Knowledge of SDLC and/or project methodology
- Passionate interest in continuous learning and professional growth,
- Excellent Communication, written and verbal
