Job Summary
A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Workday HCM Systems Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing day-to-day operational support for HCM & Finance solutions
- Coordinating modifications and updates to the ERP platform
- Testing new systems, version upgrades, interfaces and other system modifications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization
