Job Summary
A media company is in need of a Remote Workday HRIS Analyst in Cincinnati.
Must be able to:
- Design, implement and maintain best practices systems and processes to support HR Systems
- Research and resolve unexpected results or internal process flaws
- Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs
Position Requirements Include:
- 1 - 2 years of Workday experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
