Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is in need of a Remote Workday HRIS Analyst in San Diego.
Must be able to:
- Build, update and maintain business processes, conditional rules, reporting and dashboards
- Collect, store, organize, and reconcile current and past data from different HR systems
- Participate as a project team member in ongoing HRIS implementation projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years HRIS experience, with at least 3 years experience using Workday
- Subject Matter Expertise in Core HCM (required) and configurations/business process updates (required)
- Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to perform under pressure
