Job Summary

A major nationwide food service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday HRIS Recruiting Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning Workday change governance for Recruiting within Workday
  • Serving as primary resource for Recruiting production support responsibilities
  • Supporting end user training needs around training content building and expert input during training sessions

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of HR Technology experience
  • Bachelor or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience with Workday including 2 years of Recruiting administration
  • Experience implementing and/or supporting Workday HCM, with a focus on Recruiting
  • Functional knowledge of all HCM modules
  • Excellent understanding of HR business practices and how they relate to and are incorporated into HCM systems
