Job Summary
An electrical equipment manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday Human Capital Management Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish a governance process within HRIS to drive priority setting
- Provide timely technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for the HRIS system
- Ensure that employees and managers are able to take care of their day-to-day human resources tasks
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+/7+ years of progressive HR experience in HRIS
- 3+/5+ years Workday experience with expertise
- Experience designing, configuring, and administering Workday HRIS
- The ability to translate business objectives and unmet needs into a clear vision and roadmap
- Strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of owning and delivering solutions successfully
