Job Summary
A Workday services and consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday Integrations Associate Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the Workday implementation process from start to finish, as needed
- Lead requirements gathering, testing, and other customer-facing sessions, as required
- Lead the entire integration implementation for a project; liaising with the client, supporting junior resources, and managing milestones and timelines for add-on projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent with 1 – 3 years of consulting experience or 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience
- Up-to-date Workday certification in Integrations Core
- Successfully completed 1 – 3 projects within the Workday ecosystem
- Knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
- Familiarity with one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll or Finance
- Proven track record of collaborating with customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction
