Job Summary

A pioneer of the Business Process as a Service delivery model has a current position open for a Remote Workday Integrations Associate Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the Workday implementation process from start to finish, as needed
  • Leading requirements gathering, testing, and other customer-facing sessions, as required
  • Leading the entire integration implementation for a project

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent with 1 – 3 years of consulting experience
  • Up-to-date Workday certification in Integrations Core
  • Successfully completed 1 – 3 projects within the Workday ecosystem
  • Possess knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others
  • Familiarity with one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll or Finance
  • Proven track record of collaborating with customers to define deployment expectations
