Job Summary

A manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday Lead HR Business Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing business needs and leading the creation of software solutions that meet those needs
• Preparing flow charts, business process management workflows, and systems diagrams
• Preparing design documentation and ensuring that functional and technical documentation meets requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies
• ITFS Project Methodology knowledge
• Ability to tie together solutions across systems
• Application domain knowledge
• Prototyping
• Undergraduate and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or Graduate and 6-8 years of relevant experience
