Job Summary

A manufacturer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workday Lead HR Business Systems Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Analyzing business needs and leading the creation of software solutions that meet those needs
Preparing flow charts, business process management workflows, and systems diagrams
Preparing design documentation and ensuring that functional and technical documentation meets requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

Familiarity with SDLC methodologies
ITFS Project Methodology knowledge
Ability to tie together solutions across systems
Application domain knowledge
Prototyping
Undergraduate and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or Graduate and 6-8 years of relevant experience
