Job Summary

A home improvement company is filling a position for a Remote Workday Payroll Senior Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Conduct the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise data solutions
• Configure, test and document Workday Payroll based on requirements
• Provide support for regular, special payroll processes, year-end reporting, and other year-end activities

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field
• 5 years experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• 5 years experience supporting Payroll and Benefits Systems such as Workday and PeopleSoft, etc
• Ability to create and maintain Workday reports in tools specifically around Payroll, HCM and Journal lines business
• 2 years Project Management experience with ability to apply fundamental project management methodologies
• Experience leading system implementation, upgrades, enhancements etc
