Job Summary
A discount residential real estate company has an open position for a Remote Workday Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the technology programs for HR from end to end
- Identifying business needs and design/recommend solutions
- Designing programs, processes, and solutions to drive strategy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of Workday experience - HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Talent
- 4+ years of Project Management experience within HR/People teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
- Skilled at partnering with multiple stakeholders and their competing demands
- Ability to lead and deliver operational initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
- Have strong business acumen
