Job Summary
An HR and financial services company is seeking a Virtual Workday Recruiting Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing sales support by reviewing proposals and estimates and participating in sales calls
- Managing the successful and on-schedule completion of Workday HCM and/or Recruiting activities
- Focusing on strategy, scope, risk, escalations, staffing and budget
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Workday HCM or Recruiting Certification is required
- 5+ years experience in HRIS field implementing HCM, Applicant Tracking (Recruiting) or Compensation systems
- Knowledge and experience with translating business requirements into system requirements
- Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
- Workday certified in HCM and/or Recruiting
- Previous experience as an Enterprise Architect or Functional Area Lead on multiple Workday deployments
