Job Summary

A manufacturing company is filling a position for a Remote Workday Reporting Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the maintenance, design, development, testing, and deployment of custom Workday reports/EIB’s/dashboards in alignment with People program goals and data security framework
• Analyzing business requirements and capabilities for advanced data/reports
• Implementing calculated fields requirements defined by relevant stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users
• Experience in creating calculated fields
• In-depth knowledge of Workday reporting capabilities and data architecture
• Experience in more than one area: Recruiting, Onboarding, Core HCM, Absence Management, Compensation, Learning, etc
