Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Workday Reporting and HCM Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing existing Workday reports
• Designing a mechanism to convert these reports into integrations
• Building new summary reports that can be easily exported into downstream systems

Qualifications for this position include:

• 8-10+ years of experience as a business analyst
• 3+years of Workday HCM, Reporting, and integration experience
• Experience building and troubleshooting Workday Composite Reports and Matrix Reports
• Experience working on large projects in the capacity of business analyst/ test lead/ tester
• Understand the complexities of working for large global financial services organization
