Job Summary
A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Remote Workday Senior Talent Analytics and Reporting Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Lead, design and execute on assigned initiatives
- Deliver talent analytics & reporting products to end users through the most appropriate technology
- Complete complex ad hoc analyses; provide support to other analysts supporting ad hoc reporting requests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of Workday experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- 5 years of work experience supporting Human Resource technology to include HR report writing or HR analytics experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related area of study, or equivalent
