Job Summary
A consulting company is in need of a Remote Workday Talent Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying and analyzing business needs, touch points and requirements
- Leading the Workday implementation process from start to finish
- Developing complex functional designs, including options for technical platforms
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 25+% of the time
- 4 year degree in Business or Technology OR, 12 years industry experience in a directly related field
- Minimum 2 years’ Workday experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent Workday certified consulting
- Expert-level proficiency and Workday certified in one or more functional areas
