Job Summary
A digital security and solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Workday Technical Benefits Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensure the seamless administration, integration, and maintenance of the Benefits module
- Liaise with other members of the HRIT team and HR functional Subject Matter Experts
- Meet production schedules and provide quality support using the HRIT governance framework
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of total working experience in HCM and solid understanding of HR
- 6 years of experience with Workday HCM system supporting Benefits
- Deep knowledge of Workday’s Business Process Framework and Security
- Experience with Workday Staffing BP
- Solid understanding of HR, Benefits and Payroll processes and their inter-dependencies
- Hands on experience with EIB loads
