Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Worker Organizer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the long term strategic growth plan
• Recruiting and developing new leaders and activists through ongoing field and online outreach
• Growing and developing a constituency base and online network

Qualifications Include:

• Must have car and be able to drive and maintain a valid driver's license, and travel as needed
• Strong oral communication, listening and interpersonal skills
• Solid writing and communications skills
• Minimum 2 years organizing campaign experience
• Experience identifying and developing grassroots leadership in campaigns
• Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to work independently as needed
