Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing duties to independently manage a caseload of complex workers' compensation claims
  • Analyzing legal issues and directing legal strategy
  • Utilizing independent judgment in decision-making

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong skills in communication, computer utilization, and a positive, self- startingattitude
  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years of Workers' Compensation claims adjusting experience
  • WCCA and/or WCCP certification
